Combined results from 15 studies indicate eating about 30 calories’ worth of dark chocolate per day can significantly reduce blood pressure:

“The pressure reduction seen in the combined results for people with hypertension … may be clinically relevant — it is comparable to the known effects of 30 daily minutes of physical activity … and could theoretically reduce the risk of a cardiovascular event by about 20% over five years.”

Eating dark chocolate daily gives me the same cardiovascular benefit as 30 minutes a day on the treadmill?
